For Local Communities.
We believe renewable energy should benefit everyone.
Reactivate is a renewable energy company supporting renewable energy development in local communities. We seek to create positive social and environmental impact by collaborating with local partners to deliver renewable energy benefits to underserved people and places.
We develop and invest in solar energy projects primarily serving low-to-moderate income communities and areas disproportionately affected by the clean energy transition.
Community Solar Projects
Local solar farms, typically 3-5 MWac in size, to which individuals and families can subscribe for energy cost savings.
Small Utility-Scale Solar Projects
Small solar projects, typically 5-20 MWac in size, produce renewable energy close to customers’ homes, reducing congestion on transmission lines.
NEXT GEN PROJECTS
Distributed energy projects such as energy storage, building electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and more.
What is Reactivate?
Reactivate is a joint venture by Lafayette Square and Invenergy, bringing together complementary impact investment and sustainable energy expertise to support renewable energy projects, create job opportunities, bring energy cost savings to underserved communities, and advance opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses.
