Matthew Ball serves as General Counsel at Reactivate.

Prior to joining Reactivate, Matt served as Deputy General Counsel at Invenergy, focusing on renewable energy transactions, including build-transfer sales, equity purchases and sales, EPC matters, and debt and tax-equity financings. Matt also has experience primarily working on mergers and acquisitions in the Chicago offices of both Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Matt holds his Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and his Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also licensed to practice law in Illinois.
